The VIA Embedded Store returns policy is as follows:
VIA Embedded Store accepts returns within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
To initiate the return, you must contact us first by email through email@example.com. We will offer authorization and shipping instructions. Please note, that any unauthorized return will be rejected.
You will be responsible for freight costs, including import duty for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and include all accessories.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Any damage or missing peripherals will incur additional restocking fee. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The refund amount is the original selling price less any applicable restocking fee and original outbound freight cost.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment within five (5) working days.
If the refund amount is not acceptable to you, we shall send back the product to you at our expense in the condition we have received it.
